Lakeview Baptist Church has been blessed with a stable financial base of support.
In 1995, the church made the decision to relocate to East Montgomery. By the end of 1995, we had purchased 12 1/2 acres of land at a cost of $633,000. In less than two years, the church paid for the land and became debt free.
Our church family continued to pull together and give sacrifically to the Lord's work, enabling us to construct the first of six buildings on our new campus. Pledges totalling $740,000 were made by our members, and within three year's time, $688,000 has been received by the church - all in addition to our contributions to the regular operating budget.
Today, members of the Lakeview Baptist Church family are enjoying our new building, and we are pleased to greet a steady flow of visitors, many of whom decide to join our fellowship.
